What People's Say About Place

Authentic Cuban fare by a Cuban service team. 5 stars for the warm welcome, for the delicious hot food as well as coffee, and especially for the ambiance. It is a small establishment with both indoor and outdoor seating. Well decorated interior with boho vibes. I absolutely love empanadas; I ordered 3, one of chicken, beef and spinach. My son was excited about the Cuban sandwich. Both were served piping hot as expected. We were given free desert, which was incredibly delicious We tried the Cuban soda and coffee, my husband and I gave the service lady a thumbs up.

Visited with the family and truly had some great Cuban coffee and what surprised us the most was the Cuban bread was the best we’ve both had in years and we are from South Florida. The only thing that surprised us was nothing on their breakfast menu had eggs, no sandwiches, or anything. They did say there was an empanada with egg, but the kids didn’t want that, Overall 5 stars and they’re been around since 2013

What a awesome local treasure this is! In town for a long weekend and found this quaint little getaway on the back streets. Awesome offerings coffee, food and sweets. Great atmosphere and personnel!

Staff were very friendly here. Indoor seating is very limited. The outdoor seating is more plentiful. Everyone enjoyed their meal. A couple of us had pressed cuban sandwiches. They were definitely very good, but not necessarily the best I have ever had. Drinks are basically cans or bottles unless you get a custom drink. Would recommend as it was authentic Cuban food. The black beans were stated to be a family recipe.

Delicious authentic food! Stop by for a Cuban coffee and a snack or a whole meal (breakfast or lunch). Cute courtyard in back, indoor and outdoor seating available.

To me it’s 5 stars just because of the food. Hot, fresh, tasty! My first review in Fernandina. Let’s see more! Tips appreciated when you dining in. I don’t think you should tip when you order take out.

What a great cafe! I popped in for a cafe con leche, and was greeted by such a warm staff. The coffee was delicious and I couldn't help but order a guava pastelito. Dipped in the coffee, it's perfection! 10 out of 10 across the board.

Born in Miami from two Cuban immigrants parents I approve this spot. Good bread. Homestyle empanadas that reminds me of my late Abuela.
